Which ad channels can I track data from using Kaya's competitor analysis tool?

Kaya gathers data for you and your competitors' ads across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Bing.

After receiving the free proposal, you can review it and decide whether you would like to proceed with our services, or ask for revisions (as many as you'd want). If you are happy with the proposal, we can then proceed with the setup of your ad campaigns.

Is there any obligation to proceed with your services after receiving the proposal?

No, there is no obligation to proceed with our services after receiving the proposal. You are free to review the proposal, then make a decision based on your own needs and preferences.

How does your service help businesses find their product-channel fit faster?

Our service helps customers to find their product-channel fit faster by allowing them to easily experiment and acquire users through any marketing channels they choose. With our cutting-edge technology and experienced marketers, we can launch marketing campaigns rapidly and help you assess the channels that work best for your business.‍

How does the process work?

The process usually begins with a proposal based on your request. After submitting the request form, we’ll revert with a proposal within 3 days.‍

Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll do more in depth research on your products, competitors’ ads (if any), and proceed with the campaigns setup. If your request is time-sensitive, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

How does Kaya's performance-based pricing work?

Each month, we sit down with you to review your results and set a clear goal for the coming period. This goal might focus on a single metric, like increasing the number of relevant leads or reducing the cost per lead. Alternatively, it could be a combination of metrics, such as CTR, CPC, total clicks, etc. If we hit the goal, we then apply Performance-Based Pricing on top of our base fee. This approach ensures that our incentives are fully aligned with your success.

How do I qualify for performance-based pricing?

To be eligible for Performance-Based Pricing, you need at least 3 months of advertising history with Kaya. We evaluate eligibility on a case-by-case basis to ensure our partnership will be as effective as possible.

Does Kaya have a discount rate for startups?

We offer discounts to early-stage startups on some of our services on a case by case basis. Just get in touch with us!

Can I edit or update ads created by Kaya myself?

Campaigns are created in your Ads account to which you’ll have full access to edit.

Can I customize my dashboards?

Yes, our dashboards are fully customizable to fit your specific needs and preferences. All you need to do is tell us how you'd like it customized.

Can I cancel my contract at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. However, if you cancel during the initial 3-month contract, you'll still be responsible for the remaining monthly minimum fee until the end of your contract period. After that, your contract will end, and there will be no further charges.

Can I cancel after I have decided to proceed with the setup of my ad campaigns?

Yes, you can cancel Kaya's services at any time. However, depending on your contract the plan of your choosing, our fees will be applied if the work has been implemented prior to your request, and our minimum monthly fee may apply too if the cancellation happens prior to the end of the commitment period.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

Transparency is key to our service. All potential fees will be discussed upfront— no surprises.

Are there any fees associated with the free proposal?

No, the proposal is provided at no cost. There are no fees associated with receiving or reviewing the proposal.

Is there a maximum fee or cap to your pricing?

Yes, there can be a cap to our pricing, and it's determined on a case-by-case basis. We'll discuss and agree on any maximum fees beforehand, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding before any commitments are made.

How is your service different from a traditional agency?

There are several differences between Kaya and a traditional agency. Our service is faster, cheaper, and we don't require a minimum spend.
